CALL FOR RATES. While the internet is definitely a cool tool, we find it way to impersonal. We enjoy making new friends, even if it is over the phone.

Payment Due at Time of Delivery by Cash, Check or Credit Card

Delivery/Set-up*
Note: Lessor must be present at time of delivery.

Residential:
Delivery time is discussed/set at time of booking.

Parks/Other:
30min-1hr before the start of your event, unless otherwise agreed upon at time of booking.

*If circumstances beyond our control (such as an accident or other incidents that create unusually heavy traffic) cause delays, we will call and keep you posted on our arrival time. Should such an incident occur, we will extend the rental period to compensate for that time.


Pick-up

Residential:
At or within 1 hour after conclusion of your event. If set-up is in a secure area, such as a fenced backyard, and the unit has not been reserved for the next day, it is likely pickup will occur the day following your event. There is no extra charge for the additional time you have the unit and it is not necessary for you to be present at pickup, provided we have access to our equipment.

Parks/Other:
At or within 30 minutes after the conclusion of your event, unless otherwise agreed upon at time of booking.
