Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. However, the deposit you pay will remain on your account for up to one (1) year from the original event date provided:
> you contact us no later than 4 days (96hrs) that you need to cancel the reservation or;
> if within 4 days, up to and including the actual event date, a family emergency or inclement weather requires cancellation.
If the credit is not used within 365 calendar days from the original event date, the credit is forfeited. Please know that we do track credit accounts on a quarterly basis so we will make periodic contact with you to prevent a forfeiture from happening.
Balance Due Payments:
We prefer that you do NOT pay the entire rental amount at the time you book your items online. We will however, refund the entire amount, less the deposit amount and a 10% restocking fee, if you do pay the full amount when you book online. The deposit amount will remain on your account under the conditions specified under Deposits.
